摘要

为提升铝合金车轮涂装线自动化程度,在涂装前处理引入自动监控系统.确定游离碱、游离酸及锆点的检测方法,依据检测结果自动调整加药量.对比人工与设备检测结果,监控设备运行稳定性.

Abstract

To improve the automation level of the aluminum alloy wheel coatings line,an automatic monitoring system is introduced for pre-painting treatment.To determine the detection method for free alkali,free acid,and zirconium points,the dosage is automatically adjusted based on the detection results.The results of manual and device testing are compared to monitor the stability of device operation.
