摘要

选取了目前工程上常用的单组分聚氨酯防水涂料作为测试对象,应用环境舱法测试试样45 d的挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)释放规律.实验结果表明,所选试样的挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)释放速率随着时间的延长而降低,在14 d内快速衰减,45 d时有害物质的释放速率处于较低水平.此研究对于指导工程现场单组分聚氨酯防水涂料的施工及保障室内空气质量提供了数据支撑.苯系物及TVOC释放规律符合指数模型y=A×e(-B×x).

Abstract

This article selects the commonly used one-component polyurethane waterproof coatings in engineering as the test object,and applies the environmental chamber method to test the release law of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)in the sample for 45 days.The experimental results show that the release rate of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)in the selected sample decreases with time,rapidly decaying within 14 days,and the release rate of harmful substances is at a lower level at 45 days.This article provides data support for guiding the application of one-component polyurethane waterproof coatings on engineering sites and ensuring indoor air quality.The release of benzene series and TVOC conforms to the exponential model y=A×e(-B×x).
