Research on the Release of Volatile Organic Compounds(VOCs)in One-component Polyurethane Waterproof Coatings
This article selects the commonly used one-component polyurethane waterproof coatings in engineering as the test object, and applies the environmental chamber method to test the release law of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)in the sample for 45 days. The experimental results show that the release rate of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)in the selected sample decreases with time, rapidly decaying within 14 days, and the release rate of harmful substances is at a lower level at 45 days. This article provides data support for guiding the application of one-component polyurethane waterproof coatings on engineering sites and ensuring indoor air quality. The release of benzene series and TVOC conforms to the exponential model y=A×e(-B×x).
