以钢结构重防腐涂层配套方案为实验研究对象,确定了中间漆和面漆的具体涂膜厚度,通过中间漆和配套间隔时间的不同,在西北区域的高寒低湿环境下实际模拟了配套间隔时间和拉拔附着力的关系.对设计超长配套间隔时间的工程项目有一定的借鉴和指导作用.
In this paper,with the steel structure heavy-duty anti-corrosion coatings supporting scheme as the experimental research object,the specific film thickness of intermediate paint and top paint was determined;through the difference of intermediate paint and matching interval time,the relationship between matching interval time and drawing adhesion was simulated in the high cold and low humidity environment of northwest region.It can be used for reference and guidance to the engineering projects designed to have extra-long matching interval time.
