沸石转轮在集装箱水性涂料涂装VOCs废气处理中应用的研究进展

摘要
沸石转轮吸附浓缩工艺是针对目前工业涂装领域废气治理中"大风量、低浓度"难点的一项主流技术.集装箱水性涂料的涂装VOCs废气具有"高湿度""高、低沸点有机物两极化分布""难脱附"的特点.实验分别从3个方面——沸石转轮的结构与运行工艺、沸石分子筛的结构及性质、沸石分子筛的制备,进行分析和总结,以期为集装箱水性涂料的涂装VOCs废气处理探索出合规且经济、高效的解决路径.
Abstract
The adsorption and concentration process of zeolite rotor is a main technology for the treatment of"high air volume and low concentration"industrial painting exhaust.The container waterborne coatings painting VOCs exhaust has the characteristics of"high humidity","polarized distribution of high and low boiling point organics"and"desorption difficulty".In this experiment,the structure of zeolite rotor and its application process,the structure and properties of zeolite molecular sieve,and the preparation of zeolite molecular sieve were analyzed and summarized,in order to provide a compliant,economical and efficient solution for painting VOCs treatment of container waterborne coatings.
