氟碳树脂蒙皮清漆的制备与性能分析

摘要
研制出一种氟碳蒙皮清漆,并进行了一系列性能测试,测试结果表明,蒙皮清漆与底漆及底色漆配套使用具有良好力学性能、抗低温冲击性能以及耐介质性,同时在紫外老化试验中表现出良好的抗老化性能,在紫外老化1 500 h后仍然有90%的保光率,色差变化ΔE*ab＜3.
Abstract
One kind of fluorocarbon skin varnish was developed and subjected to a series of performance tests.The skin varnish is used with primer and base paint to have good mechanical properties,low temperature impact resistance and medium resistance.At the same time,it shows good anti-aging performance in the ultraviolet aging test.After 1 500 hours of ultraviolet aging,it still has 90%gloss retention,and the color difference changes ΔE*ab＜3.
