摘要
依据水性双组分聚氨酯涂料的成膜机理分析涂层起泡板面效果的原因,对水性聚氨酯分散体进行了评估测试,并测试讨论了湿膜厚度、表干时长及溶剂挥发量对板面效果瑕疵的影响.通过配方设计及优化,制备了一种水性双组分聚氨酯木器亮光清面漆并对综合性能进行了测试.
Abstract
Based on the film forming mechanism of waterborne two-component polyurethane coatings,the blister panel effect of coatings was analyzed.Waterborne polyurethane dispersions were evaluated and tested.The influence of wet film thickness,dry time at room temperature and volatile amount of solvent on the effect and defect of the panel was tested and discussed.A waterborne two-component polyurethane bright wood varnish was prepared through formula design and optimization and its comprehensive properties tested.
