超耐黄变紫外光固化涂料设计研究

首先通过对UV光固化涂料中不同种类的主体树脂、单体以及引发剂进行一系列搭配,制备成涂膜,再经过168 h的QUV老化测试后筛选出色差值ΔE保持在1.5以内的主体材料.其中包括改性环氧丙烯酸树脂,以及单体HDDA、引发剂MBF.同时还探究了在UV光固化涂料中添加紫外光吸收剂和抗黄变剂对涂膜耐黄变性及其他物化性能的影响.实验结果初步表明:当紫外光吸收剂和抗黄变剂质量分数达到1%以上时,涂膜耐黄变性能提升显著.通过一系列搭配测试,最终得到耐黄变性能优异的紫外光固化涂料,其经过168 h耐老化测试后,ΔE小于1,从而为耐黄变UV涂料产品的制备提供了实现路径.
Study on the Design of Ultra-yellowing-resistant UV Curing Coatings
First,coatings films were prepared with a series of combinations of different types of main resins,monomers,and initiators in UV curing coatings.After 168 h of QUV ageing tests,main materials with a color difference ΔE under 1.5 were selected.These include a modified epoxy acrylic resin,monomer HDDA,and initiator MBF.The study also investigates the effects of adding UV absorbers and anti-yellowing agents to UV curing coatings on the yellowing resistance and other physicochemical properties of the coatings films.Preliminary experimental results indicate that when the weight percentage of UV absorbers and anti-yellowing agents reaches over 1%,the yellowing resistance of the coatings films significantly improves.Through a series of combination tests,UV curing coatings with excellent yellowing resistance were ultimately obtained,with ΔE less than 1 after the 168 h ageing test,thus providing a pathway for the preparation of yellowing-resistant UV coatings products.
