摘要
超高固体分环氧防腐涂料是以两种液体环氧树脂为成膜物,通过添加活性稀释剂、颜料、防锈颜料、助剂、适量溶剂,配以适合的固化剂,以不改变现有工艺条件、生产设备、涂装设备为前提,生产出满足中国涂料工业协会团体标准T/CNCIA 01005-2018《低VOCs含量高固体分、超高固体分和无溶剂环氧涂料定义》和溶剂型环氧树脂涂料行业标准的产品,从而实现减排.
Abstract
Ultra-high solid epoxy corrosion-resistant coatings are produced by adding active diluents,pigments,rust-inhibiting pigments,additives,and suitable solvents to two liquid epoxy resins as the film-forming material,while maintaining the existing production conditions,equipment,and painting equipment without change.By meeting the Definition of low VOCs content high solids,ultra high solids and solvent-free epoxy coatings in the China National Coatings Industry Association(CNCIA)group standard T/CNCIA 01005-2018 and the industry standard for solvent-based epoxy resin coatings,the product can achieve emission reduction.
