水性长余辉发光建筑涂料关键技术研究

针对水性长余辉发光涂料发光颜色单调、遇水不稳定等问题,对多色长余辉发光材料进行改性和色彩调控,使其适用于水性涂料基质,经配方优化以及配色方案设计,实现高性能水性长余辉发光涂料的制备。其制备的节能环境友好型涂料可部分取代传统照明,用于指示装饰照明、隧道辅助照明、城市亮化工程等。
Key Technologies of Waterborne Long Afterglow Luminescent Architectural Coatings
The waterborne long afterglow luminescent coatings have not been widely adopted domestically,primarily due to issues such as monotonous luminescent colors and instability when exposed to water.This paper addresses these challenges by modifying and adjusting the colors of multi-colored long afterglow luminescent materials,making them suitable for waterborne coatings matrices.Through formulation optimization and color scheme design,the study achieves the preparation of high-performance waterborne long afterglow luminescent coatings.The energy-efficient and environmentally friendly coatings have the potential to partially replace traditional lighting and be applied in decorative and indicator lighting,tunnel auxiliary lighting,urban beautification projects,among others.
