摘要
分析了高铁站台上以雨棚钢结构为例的腐蚀状况和涂层现状,分析腐蚀与涂层缺陷的原因,介绍了不同的防锈底漆和耐紫外光老化的面漆涂料产品的性能特点,结合防火涂层,提出了高效环保的站台钢结构防护维修方案.
Abstract
This paper analyzes the corrosion status and coatings status of the high-speed railway station canopy steel structure,analyzes the causes of corrosion and coatings defects,introduces the performance characteristics of different primers and weathering-resistant topcoat products,and puts forward an efficient and environmentally friendly protection and maintenance scheme of the railway station steel structure combined with fire protection coatings.
