摘要
介绍了聚天门冬氨酸酯涂料(简称聚天门冬涂料)性能和聚天门冬底面合一涂料对照开发实验,讨论了产品施工工艺和改性除油清洗剂的应用.结果表明:聚天门冬底面合一涂料的成功应用可以提高涂装施工效率和产品性价比、降低烘烤能耗和施工VOC,从而降低了单位面积涂装成本.
Abstract
This paper introduces the performance of polyaspartic ester coatings and the control development experiment of polyaspartic ester DTM coatings.The product application technology and the application of modified oil removal cleaning agent are discussed.The results show:the successful application of the polyaspartic ester DTM coatings can improve the efficiency of painting and product cost performance,reduce baking energy consumption and application VOC,thus reducing the cost of unit area painting.
