接枝蚕丝的检测方法研究进展

近年来,接枝增重处理在蚕丝产品中的不当使用严重扰乱了丝绸行业的健康发展.为此,如何对接枝蚕丝进行有效检测引起了人们的普遍关注.本文对当前常用的接枝蚕丝检测方法进行了总结,主要包括显色法、溶解度法、含氮量测定法、光谱法、液相色谱法和热分析法.通过阐述各种检测手段的工作原理和检测效果,分析了各方法的优缺点.研究发现:红外光谱法、拉曼光谱法和热分析法不仅能对接枝蚕丝进行定性检测,还能实现对蚕丝接枝率的定量分析;红外/拉曼光谱法因操作简单、适用性强,可实现样品的大批量快速检测而有望在工业范围内应用,是未来接枝蚕丝检测技术的研究重点.
Research progress in the detection of grafted silk
In recent years,improper use of grafting treatment in silk product to gain weight has seriously disturbed the healthy de-velopment of silk industry.Therefore,how to detect grafted silk effectively has attracted widespread attention.The commonly used detection methods for grafted silk were reviewed,including chromogenic method,solubility method,nitrogen content determina-tion,spectrometric method,liquid chromatography and thermal analysis.The principle and detection effect of these methods were introduced,and their advantages and disadvantages were analyzed.It is found that infrared spectroscopy and thermal analysis can not only effectively detect grafted silk qualitatively,but also analyze the grafting yield of silk quantitatively;infrared spectroscopy is expected to be used on industrial scale because of its simple operation,strong applicability and rapid detection of large quantities of samples,and it is the future research focus of silk grafting detection technology.
