Determination of alkylphenol polyethoxylates in down garments based on solid-phase extraction by high performance liquid chromatography mass spectrometry
In response to the potential contamination of instruments and the risk of false positives of alkylphenol polyethoxylates(APEO)caused by oils and fats in down garments,this article refered to the standard GB/T 23322-2018"Textiles-Determination of surfactant-Alkylphenols and Alkylphenol polyethoxylates"and explored the feasibility of the method based on solid-phase extraction coupled with high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry was developed for the determination of alkylphenol polyethoxylates(APEO)in down garments.The results indicated that the detection limit was 0.08 mg/kg;The recoveries of OPEO ranged from 89.3％to 114.7％,and the recoveries of NPEO ranged from 91.4％to 117.2％with the relative standard deviation ranging from 1.35％to 7.64％.This method had high sensitivity and low detection limit,effectively reducing the detection interference caused by impurities in the down garments.
