Comparative test and analysis report of impurity content of raw cotton
in order to further standardize the work flow of notarized inspection of supervised cotton in storage,unify the inspection level,correct the inspection deviation,improve the inspection accuracy,and ensure the completion of notarized inspection in storage with high quality.The China fiber quality monitoring center has organized a full-scale comparative test on the impurity content of raw cotton in the monitoring warehouse,the fiber quality monitoring center of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region is responsible for the preparation,distribution,fixing and statistical summary of the test data of the comparative samples,after receiving the samples by the storehouse,according to the standard requirement,the raw cotton impurity ratio machine in the supervision warehouse is used to test,and the results are fed back to the Xinjiang Center for summary statistics.The results show that the difference between the test result and the fixed value is small,and the differences of the personnel and the equipment type are not obvious in the samples with low impurity content.Through the whole machine comparison test,the participating organizations and warehouses have corrected the test deviation,improved the accuracy of inspection,exchanged good work experience and practice,and laid a solid foundation for doing a good job of notarized inspection of cotton.
