摘要
为了便于检验检测机构、原棉生产加工企业、客户更好地理解和使用新标准GB/T 6499-2022《原棉含杂率测试方法》,本文采用对比分析的方法,从标准适用范围、规范性引用文件、术语和定义、样品取样、原理、试验方法、附录等几个方面,分析与比较了新旧标准之间的差异.重点分析了新增的全自动原棉杂质分析系统测试方法.新标准优化了传统原棉杂质分析仪的测试方法,增加了全自动原棉杂质分析系统测试方法新标准有利于推动我国棉花含杂率测试技术的提升,为棉花公证检验的高效、快速测试奠定了很好的基础.
Abstract
In order to facilitate inspection and testing institutions,raw cotton production and processing enterprises,and customers to better understand and use the new standard GB/T 6499-2022"test method for percentage of trash content in raw cotton",this article adopts a comparative analysis method to analyze and compare the differences between the new and old standards from several aspects such as the scope of application of the standard,normative reference documents,terms and definitions,sample sampling,principles,test methods,appendices,etc.The focus was on analyzing the testing method of the newly added fully automatic raw cotton impurity analysis system.The new standard optimizes the testing methods of traditional raw cotton impurity analyzers and adds a fully automatic raw cotton impurity analysis system testing method.The new standard is conducive to promoting the improvement of cotton impurity content testing technology in China,laying a good foundation for efficient and rapid testing of cotton certification and inspection.
