用甲酸/氯化锌溶液分析莱赛尔与棉混合物时,影响因素主要是试剂温度和溶解时间.在溶解温度70 ℃条件下,通过对氯化锌试剂、前处理和样品量多少等影响因素研究发现,不同厂商的氯化锌试剂配制的甲酸/氯化锌溶液溶解莱赛尔纤维能力有差异,相对应的棉纤维的d值也不同,需要分别测定溶解时间和对应的棉纤维的d值.
Effect of zinc chloride reagents from different manufacturers on dissolution conditions of Lyocell/cotton blended fabric
When analyzing a Lyocell and cotton blend sample using formic acid/zinc chloride solution,the main influencing factors are reagent temperature and dissolution time.Under the condition of dissolution temperature of 70,the research on the influencing factors such as the zinc chloride reagent,pretreatment,and sample amount showed that the dissolution capacity of Lyocell fibers in formic acid/zinc chloride solution prepared by zinc chloride reagents from different manufacturers varies,and the corresponding d value of cotton fibers is also different.Therefore,it is necessary to separately determine the dissolution time and the corresponding d value of cotton fibers.
