使用全自动溶解仪进行成分定量测试与传统方法对比研究

本文主要以50%聚酯纤维50%棉成分的样品为样本,对使用全自动溶解仪设备的定量分析方法和使用传统恒温振荡水浴锅设备的人工定量分析方法进行了具体研究.通过对比试验结果,验证新仪器方法的准确性;研究得到最合适的试剂循环次数;对比新旧方法的测试效率;对比新旧方法的耗水量、耗试剂量.结论是使用全自动溶解仪设备进行纤维成分定量试验,比传统振荡器试验效率更高,真正做到了节能减排、环境友好,实现更绿色的检验检测.
The composition quantitative test with automatic dissolver was compared with the traditional method
In this paper,we use samples of 50%polyester fiber and 50%cotton to take the quantitative analysis using two method:automatic dissolver equipment and manual method using traditional constant temperature water bath equipment.The accuracy of automatic dissolver equipment was verified by comparing the test results.the most suitable number of chemical recycle times was obtained.The efficiency difference between the methods was observed and calculated;The different cost of water and chemical reagents.Automatic dissolver equipment for fiber composition quantitative test is more efficient than the traditional water bath tester,truly achieve energy saving and emission reduction,environmental friendly,and achieve greener inspection and testing.
