Reflections and experiences on the growth of young professionals in textile testing institution
The author has worked in the textile testing institution for nearly 10 years,engaging in scientific research and management of scientific research.Starting from the author's own growth experience,this article shares the author's thoughts and experiences on the growth of young professionals entering the textile testing industry from four aspects:"How to condense research direction,how to carry out scientific research,how to build a scientific research team,and how to demonstrate the effectiveness of scientific research",hoping to help young scientific and technological personnel in testing institutions better achieve their personal career development plans.
