纺织品、皮革偶氮染料通用检测方法的研究

通过研究皮革及纺织品偶氮染料的检测标准,探讨不同脱脂程序、萃取溶剂、旋蒸温度及定容溶剂对检测结果的影响,明确检测条件,建立一个同时适用于皮革和纺织品的通用检测方法,提高检测准确度与效率.结果表明,使用40mL正己烷,超声脱脂40min,以叔丁基甲醚作为萃取溶剂,在48 ℃水浴中旋转蒸发至近干,并用叔丁基甲醚溶解定容为最优检测条件.无论是皮革样品还是纺织品样品在此方法下均能得到较好的回收率.该方法简便高效,满足国际和国内标准的要求.
Research on universal detection methods for azo dyes in textiles and leather
By research the detection standards of azo dyes for leather and textiles,the influences of different degreasing procedures,extraction solvents,evaporation temperatures and constant volume solvents on the detection re-sults were discussed,and the detection conditions were defined to establish a general detection method suitable for leather and textiles at the same time to improve the detection accuracy and efficiency.The effects of different degreasing procedures,extraction solvents,rotary evaporation temperatures and constant volume solvents on the detection results were studied,and the detection conditions were clarified.The results showed that the optimal detection conditions were 40ml of n-hexane,ultrasonic degreasing for 40 minutes,tert-butyl methyl ether as the extraction solvent,rotary evaporation in 48 water bath to nearly dry,and dissolution with tert-butyl methyl ether for constant volume.Both leather samples and textile samples under this method can get good recovery rate.The method is simple and efficient,and meets the requirements of international and domestic standards.
