本文通过比较与分析皮革材质鉴定方法中感官法、燃烧法、显微镜法、红外光谱法、PCR法的特点,评价各方法的准确性.经比较,各种检测方法均有优缺点,感官鉴别法要求检验人员具有较高的专业能力及大量的实践经验;燃烧法仅可分辨蛋白质与非蛋白质类;显微镜法在鉴定皮革制品时易受后整理工艺的影响;红外光谱法难以准确鉴别天然蛋白质纤维;PCR法则反应操作难度大,价格较贵,对仪器也有一定要求.
Analysis of material identification method and application of leather
This article compares and analyzes material identification method,such as sensory identifica-tion,burning behavior,microscopy,infrared spectroscopy,PCR,to evaluate the accuracy of each method.Af-ter comparison,each method has its own advantages and disadvantages,sensory identification requires inspec-tors to have high professional skills and extensive practical experience;Burning behavior can only distinguish be-tween proteins and non proteins;Microscopy is susceptible to the influence of post-processing technology;Infrared spectroscopy is difficult to accurately identify natural protein fibers;PCR is difficult to operate,expensive and has certain requirements for instruments.
