Analysis of the common problems in the internal audit of inspection and testing institutions
Internal audit,as an important part of the quality assurance system of inspection and testing institutions,plays a crucial role that cannot be ignored.However,in practice,there are often many problems in internal audit.If these problems are not solved effectively,they will directly affect the effectiveness of the audit effect,and even damage the overall operating efficiency and service quality of the organization.This paper summarizes the common problems in the internal audit process of inspection and testing institutions,and proposes corresponding solutions,so as to improve the effectiveness of internal audit and ensure the continuous improvement of the quality management system of inspection and testing institutions.
