服装领口袖口防汗污性能测试方法探究

为了探究服装领口袖口的防汗污测试性能,本文以不同材质的浅色面料作为研究对象,首先通过浸轧法制备模拟人体汗污成分的摩擦污布,然后分别通过往复摩擦法和旋转摩擦法在不同条件下进行试验.结果表明,随着摩擦次数及含水率增加,两种摩擦方式下各试验的沾污等级均呈下降的趋势.在同等条件下,旋转摩擦法相较于往复摩擦法的沾污等级更低.
Determination of perspiration stain resistance property for collar and cuff of garments
In order to explore the perspiration stain resistance property for collar and cuff of garments,this paper takes light-colored fabrics of different materials as the research object.Firstly,the friction stain cloth simulating human sweat composition is prepared by dipping method,and then the reciprocating friction method and rotating friction method are respectively tested under different conditions.The results show that with the increase of friction times and water content,the contamination grade of each test under the two friction methods shows a decreasing trend.Under the same conditions,the contamination grade of rotating friction method is lower than that of reciprocating friction method.
