国内外口罩标准防护性能检测方法的研究

通过分析流感、SARS、新冠病毒和泄漏率检测颗粒物的结构尺寸,对细菌过滤效率检测提出改进建议.依据我国和世界主要发达国家口罩标准,对过滤效率、泄漏率、密合性、适合性和防护效果的质量控制限值、检测方法进行比对,并给出完善医用口罩标准、统一防护性能名称、规范检测方法等建议,进而促进检测和生产活动及口罩质量提升,为呼吸道传染病防护提供坚实的技术支撑.
Research on testing methods for protective performance of mask standards at home and abroad
By analyzing the structure size of influenza virus disease,SARS virus disease,the 2019 coronavirus disease and particles for leakage testing,the suggestions for improving the test of bacterial filtration efficiency were put forward.Based on the standards of masks in China and major developed countries around the world,quality control limits and testing methods for filtration efficien-cy,inward leakage,fit,fit factor,and particle protective performance were compared.The suggestions were given for improving medical mask standards,unifying the terminology of protective performance,and standardize testing methods,etc.These will im-prove the testing behavior,enterprise production activities,and mask quality,and providing strong technical support for the preven-tion of respiratory infectious diseases.
