摘要
纤纺类应急救灾物资是应急救灾物资的重要组成部分,在应急救灾中发挥着极为重要的作用.目前纤纺类应急救灾物资存在标准体系不健全、不完善、更新慢、标准与实际生产脱节、缺少在库存储物资质量监控标准等问题.将救灾棉被、救灾棉服装、救灾帐篷标准与国家相关标准进行了比较,对我国纤纺类应急救灾物资标准体系建设提出了意见和建议,有利于完善纤纺类应急救灾物资标准体系建设,保障纤纺类应急救灾物资质量安全.
Abstract
As an important part of emergency relief materials,textile materials play an essential role in emergency relief.At present,there are some problems in the standard system of textile emergency relief materials,such as unsound,imperfect,slow updating,disconnection between the standard and the actual production,and lack of quality control standards for materials stored in the warehouse.In this work,the standards of disaster relief quilt,disaster relief cotton clothing and disaster relief tent were compared with the relevant national standards,and the opinions and suggestions were put forward for the construction of the standard system of Chinese textile emergency relief materials,which is conducive to improve the construction of the standard system of textile emergency relief materials and to guarantee the quality and safety of textile emergency relief materials.
