改性石墨烯对锦纶复合材料性能影响研究

摘要
由于纳米尺度和层间强烈的范德华力,石墨烯难以在聚合物中实现完全剥离和均匀分散.通过原位聚合的方法、即将石墨烯先分散于尼龙6单体的熔融液中,再进行尼龙6的聚合,从而实现了石墨烯在尼龙6基体中的均匀分散,研究石墨烯表面改性对石墨烯在尼龙6中的分散情况影响.通过不同分析测试后端对纳米复合材料的结构、力学、热学、拉伸、阻燃等性能进行全面表征,比较偶联剂、其他有机物和其他纳米物质3种改性石墨烯方法的优缺点.
Abstract
Graphene is difficult to completely exfoliate and disperse in polymers due to its nanoscale and strong van der Waals forces between layers.The homogeneous dispersion of graphene in nylon 6 matrix was achieved by in situ polymerization,i.e.,graphene was dispersed in the melt of nylon 6 monomer before polymerization.The effect of modified graphene surface on the dis-persion of graphene in nylon 6 was investigated.In addition,the structural,mechanical,thermal,tensile,andflame retardant proper-ties of the nanocomposites were comprehensively characterized by different analysis tests to compare the advantages and disadvan-tages of three modified graphene by coupling agents,organics,or nanomaterials.
