基于酯化度鉴别纤维素醋酯纤维的研究

本文根据纤维素醋酯纤维的分类依据,结合其在碱性条件下发生脱乙酰化反应的原理,通过采用酸碱滴定测试酯化度进行定性鉴别.同时采用常规溶解和熔点试验等进行验证.对于某些与现行标准中二醋酯纤维和三醋酯纤维不完全相符的部分皂化纤维素醋酯纤维及某些酯化度临界的纤维素醋酯纤维,该测试结果可以避免外在性状变化的干扰,更加准确可靠.
Identification of cellulose acetate fiber based on the testing of esterification degree
Based on the classification of cellulose acetate fiber and its principle of deacetylation under alkaline conditions,the esterification degree was tested by acid-base titration.At the same time,the conventional dissolution and melt-ing point tests were used to verify.For some partially saponified cellulose ac-etate fibers and some cellulose acetate fibers with critical esterification degree that are not completely consistent with the current standard of diacetate fiber and triacetate fiber,the test results can avoid the interference of external char-acter changes and be more accurate and reliable.
