不同试剂对醋酯纤维/聚酯纤维混纺面料定量分析的探讨

摘要
采用甲酸/氯化锌法、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺法、75％硫酸法对醋酯纤维/聚酯纤维混纺面料进行定量分析,并与国家标准GB/T 2910.3-2009的丙酮法作对比,结果表明:75％硫酸法、甲酸/氯化锌法、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺法均能准确定量分析,且75％硫酸法更加健康、经济和安全,建议在检测试验中考虑以上三种方法,优先考虑75％硫酸法.
Abstract
Formic acid/zinc chloride method,N,N-dimethylformamide method and 75％sulfuric acid method were used to quan-titatively analyze the acetate fiber/polyester fiber blended fabric,and compared with the acetone method of the national standard GB/T 2910.3-2009.The results showed that:75％sulfuric acid method,formic acid/zinc chloride method,N,N-dimethylforma-mide method can be accurate quantitative analysis,and 75％sulfuric acid method is more healthy,economic and safe,it is recom-mended to consider the above three methods in the detection test,the priority of 75％sulfuric acid method.
