二醋酯纤维与三醋酯纤维定性定量分析方法研究

针对目前二醋酯纤维与三醋酯纤维定性定量分析时存在试剂毒性大、测试耗时长等问题,本文设计了不同乙酸浓度试剂以及最优乙酸浓度与常用鉴别试剂的溶解效果对比试验.结果表明:75%乙酸可应用于二醋酯纤维与三醋酯纤维的定性定量分析,该试剂毒性较小,且溶解时间较短,从而提高测试效率.
Study on qualitative and quantitative analysis methods for diacetate fiber and triacetate fiber
In response to the problems of high reagent toxicity and long testing time in the qualitative and quantitative analysis of diacetate fiber and triacetate fiber at present,this paper designs a comparative experiment on the dissolution effect of different ace-tic acid concentration reagents and the optimal acetic acid concentration with commonly used identification reagents.The results indicate that 75%acetic acid can be applied for qualitative and quantitative analysis of diacetate fibers and triacetate fibers.This reagent has low toxicity and short dissolution time,thereby improving testing efficiency.
