棉花自动检测系统数据与人工数据的比对分析

泰州市纤维检验院设计了一种大容量纤维测试仪(简称HVI)检测棉花的自动检测系统.该系统使用自动化机械臂代替人工进行HVI的仪器操作.为了验证自动化检测和人工检测数据差异,本文随机选择1000只样品,比对分析自动化检测试验数据与人工检测试验数据的差异.结果表明,自动化检测数据与人工检测数据虽有统计学上的差异,但差值在HVI仪器检测误差范围之内,表明自动检测数据可代替人工检测数据.试验分析结果说明自动检测系统具有一定的准确性,可代替人工进行棉花检测.
Analysis of cotton automatic detection system data and manual data
Our institute has designed an automatic detection system for cotton using High VoIume Instrument(HVI).The system uses automated robotic arms instead of manual operation of HVI for detection.This article compares experimental data from automated testing with experimental data from manual testing for statistical analysis.The results show that although there is a statistical difference between automated testing data and manual testing data,the difference is within the error range of HVI instrument detection,indicating that automated testing data can replace manual testing data.The experimental analysis results indicate that the automatic inspection system has a certain degree of accuracy and can replace manual cotton detection.
