洗净绵羊毛取样克数对手排长度影响的分析

摘要
手排长度是测量洗净绵羊毛长度最常用且直观的方法,但对其检验人员的经验技术要求较高,80 mg的洗净绵羊毛在实际操作中较难完成排图,减少手排长度取样克数后对其长度值进行数据分析,分别取重量为80 mg、70 mg、60 mg、50 mg的试样进行手排长度的试验,并在试验过程中规避人为造成的误差,采用两名技术相当的试验人员,在相同试验条件下进行试验,通过t检验计算对3组数据进行分析,结果显示70 mg、60 mg重量下的手排长度无显著差异,建议将洗净绵羊毛取样克数改为60 mg～80 mg.
Abstract
Hand length is the most commonly used and intuitive method to measure the length of washed sheep wool,but the experience and technology requirements of its inspectors are high.80mg washed sheep wool is difficult to complete the arrangement in the actual operation.After reducing the sampling grams of manual arrangement length,the length value of the data was analyzed,and the samples with the weight of 80 mg,70 mg,60 mg,50 mg were selected to carry out the manual arrangement length test,and the artificial error was avoided in the process of the test.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the length of handrail between 70 mg and 60 mg weight.It was suggested that the sampling grams of washed sheep wool should be changed to 60 mg～80 mg.
