Analysis of proficiency testing program on determination of the fiber content of polylactic acid fiber products
The implementation of proficiency testing program on determina-tion of the fiber content of polylactic acid fiber products is to improve the test results of participants'accuracy and comparability,to identify the differenc-es among laboratories,to help the laboratories to find their potential deficiency in both managemental and technical sides and to enhance their testing capabilities as well.The test results of the fiber content of polylactic acid fiber products were calculated and analyzed by robust statistical techniques,and the performance of each participant was assessed by difference D value.A total num-ber of 94 laboratories participated in this program,the results of 90 laboratories'were considered acceptable,the acceptability rate was 95.74％.The general testing capabilities of majority of participant laboratories are quite good,while some laboratories'testing capabilities need to be improved.They need to analyze the reasons thoroughly,and make corrective actions to constantly improve their testing capabilities.
