荷叶天然染料的提取及对改性棉织物的染色

为了探究荷叶天然染料对棉织物的染色性能,使用含季铵基团的阳离子改性剂对棉织物进行改性,并通过试验确定了最优的改性工艺.利用荷叶天然染料对改性棉织物进行染色,根据单因素试验得到了优化的染色工艺.研究结果表明:棉织物的最佳改性工艺为阳离子改性剂质量浓度6g/L,改性温度70 ℃,改性时间30 min,改性pH值为9;最佳染色工艺为染料用量150 mL/L,染色温度60℃,染色时间60 min,染色pH值为7.荷叶染色改性棉织物与未改性媒染棉织物的色牢度相当,具有良好的服用性能,并对大肠杆菌的抑菌率有着明显提高.
Extraction of natural dye from lotus leaves and its dyeing on modified cotton textiles
In order to investigate the dyeing performance of natural dyes from lotus leaves on cotton textiles,a cationic modifica-tion agent containing quaternary ammonium group was used to modify the cotton textile,and the optimal modification process was determined through experiments.Dyeing of the modified cotton textile using natural dyes from lotus leaves was carried out,and an optimized dyeing process was obtained based on single-factor experiments.The results show that the best modification process of cotton fabric is 6 g/L,the modification temperature is 70 ℃,the modification time is 30 min,the modification pH value is 9.The optimum dyeing process is dyeing temperature 60 ℃,dyeing time 60 min and pH value is 7.Lotus leaf-dyed modified cotton textile has a colorfastness comparable to that of untreated coal-dyed cotton textile,and it shows good wear resistance.
