摘要
本文简述了国内外废旧纺织品及再生纤维的政策法规、标准现状及存在问题,介绍了国内外质量追溯、认证现状,结合再加工方法,从行业需求出发,给出废旧纺织品及再生纤维制品相关质量监管的合理化建议以促进循环经济及可持续发展.
Abstract
This paper briefly describes the policies,regulations,standards and existing problems,introduces the status quo of quality traceability and certification of waste textiles and recycled fibers at home and abroad.Based on the reprocessing methods of waste textiles and recycled fibers,reasonable suggestions on quality supervision of waste textiles and recycled fibers are given to promote circular economy and sustainable development.
