摘要
本文基于江苏省废旧纺织品回收分拣企业和再利用企业的现状调查,结合废旧纺织品回收利用途径、企业现状分析,废旧纺织品组分、集聚方式、循环利用路径、投资产出效率等要素,探索废旧纺织品循环利用布局、产业耦合、废弃物处置等经济性方式,找出从"一件衣"到"一根丝"到"一匹布"再到"一件衣"的废旧纺织品循环利用产业发展优选路径,推动生态文明建设.
Abstract
This article is based on a survey of the current situation of waste textile recycling and sorting enterprises and reuse en-terprises in Jiangsu province.Combining with the analysis of waste textile recycling and utilization ways,enterprise status,waste textile components,agglomeration methods,recycling paths,investment output efficiency and other factors,it explores economic methods such as waste textile recycling layout,industrial coupling,and waste disposal.It identifies the optimal path for the devel-opment of waste textile recycling industry from"one garment"to"one silk"and"one cloth"and then to"one garment",finally pro-motes the construction of ecological civilization.
