山东省废旧纺织品循环利用产业发展现状及建议

摘要
山东省作为一个纺织品生产销售大省,有大量的废旧纺织品纤维下脚料及废旧纤维制品.如何实现废旧纺织品循环利用利益最大化,从而发展成为有着广阔市场空间、光明发展前景的优质产业,是行业亟须探索的课题.山东省纤维质量监测中心组织专题调研组,随机到潍坊昌邑石埠镇、临沂平邑仲村镇等废旧纺织品再加工纤维生产企业、使用单位开展现场调研,了解企业废旧纺织品再加工纤维质量状况,梳理问题意见,集思广益,形成推动全省产业升级高质量发展的"纤监答案".
Abstract
As a large province of textile production and sales province,Shandong has a large number of waste textile fiber scraps and waste fiber products.How to realize the maximization benefits from the recycling of waste textiles and develop it into a high-quality industry with broad market space and bright development prospects is an urgent issue that the industry needs to ex-plore.Shandong Fiber Quality Monitoring Center organized a special research group to conduct on-site investigations on waste textile reprocessing fiber production enterprises and users in Shibu Town,Changyi,Weifang,and Zhongcun Town,Pingyi.Linyi.Understand the quality status of waste textile reprocessing fibers in these enterprises,sort out problem opinions and forms a"Fiber quality monitoring answer"to promote the industrial upgrading and high-quality development of the whole province.
