摘要
JIS L1030-2:2012中给出了用次氯酸钠分析某些蛋白质纤维与某些非蛋白质纤维的定量分析方法,但在实际应用中,用标准中给出的试验条件溶解粘胶和丝的混合物发现了粘胶受损的情况,与标准中规定的粘胶质量变化修正系数1.00不符,本文探讨了一种通用性较强的试验条件,减少了粘胶的受损、有效提升了测试精度.
Abstract
JIS L1030-2:2012 provides a quantitative analysis method for analyzing the protein fibers and the non-protein fibers using sodium hypochlorite.However,in practical applications,it was found that the rayon was damaged under the test conditions provided in the standard,which does not comply with the rayon quality change correction coefficient of 1.00 specified in the standard.Therefore,appropriate test conditions were explored.
