对各式各样的聚酯纤维/氨纶混纺面料分别用拆分法、75%硫酸法、80%硫酸法、二甲基甲酰胺法、二甲基乙酰胺法进行定量分析,通过结果对比分析可知,拆分法最准确,但有些面料的织法可能无法拆分,具有一定的局限性;二甲基甲酰胺法适用于浅色织物,深色织物可能会致使氨纶值偏大;最常用的定量方法是75%硫酸法,高效且数据准确率高.
Analysis of quantitative method of fiber content of polyester/spandex fiber blended fabric
Various kinds of polyester/spandexfiber blended fabrics were quantitatively analyzed by the splitting method,75%sul-furic acid method,80%sulfuric acid method,dimethylformamide method and dimethylacetamide method.Through the compari-son and analysis of the results,it can be seen that the splitting method is the most accurate,but some fabrics may not be separated,which has certain limitations.The dimethylformamide method is suitable for light colored fabrics,and dark fabrics may cause the spandex value to be too large.The most commonly used quantitative method is 75%sulfuric acid method,which is efficient and has high data accuracy.
