Automatic colony counter application of AI image recognition technology
Objective To test the accuracy of automatic colony counter and explore its application in medical and health field.Methods Staphylococcus aureus was used as the test bacteria,and the comparison was made by manual counting and automatic colony counting instrument.Results There was no significant difference in colony count between the two methods,and the automatic colony counter had higher counting efficiency.Conclusion The automatic colony counter has high accuracy and efficiency in colony count,which provides an effective tool for colony count in medical and health field.
