学生用纤维制品采购与验收技术规范的研究

摘要
《纤维制品质量监督管理办法》第十九条和第二十条明确规定了采购主体应当履行检查验收和记录的义务,为帮助学校履行质量验收主体责任,防止"黑心棉""毒校服"进入校园,对学生用纤维制品采购与验收技术规范开展研究意义重大.本文从"学生用纤维制品"和"批"的定义、采购技术要求、验收技术要求等方面介绍了该研究的主要内容及应用.
Abstract
Article 19 and Article 20 of the"Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Fiber Products Quality"clearly stip-ulate that the procurement subject shall perform the obligations of inspection and acceptance and record.In order to help the school better fulfill the main responsibility of quality acceptance,this paper mainly introduces"the technical specification of purchasing and acceptance of fiber products for students"from the definitions,lot,procurement technical requirements and acceptance techni-cal requirements.At the same time,the necessity and significance of the research are also introduced.
