背包防水性能测试研究

摘要
防水性能是户外背包产品的一项重要性能,随着户外运动的兴起,防水包袋类产品的种类和数量也随之出现了迅猛的增长.本文探讨整体喷淋测试法对背包进行防水性能评价.通过模拟固定测试时间和强度的降水,选取不同款式和工艺的背包产品进行测试.结果表明:在相同测试条件下,不同背包的防水性能存在很大差异.该方法可进行无损检验,方便有效,可作为背包防水性能的有效评估方法.
Abstract
Waterproof performance is an important performance of outdoor backpack products.With the rise of outdoor sports,the types and quantity of waterproof bag products have also increased rapidly.In this paper,the waterproofing performance of backpack is evaluated by establishing the test method of waterproof performance of backpack:integral spray test method.By simulating the precipitation of fixed test time and intensity,the backpack products of different styles and processes are selected for testing.The results show that under the same test conditions,the waterproof performance of different backpacks is very different.This method can be used for nondestructive testing,convenient and effective,and can be used as an effective evaluation method for waterproof performance of backpacks.
