基于摩擦次数表征平磨法测定灯芯绒机织物的摩擦损耗

为探讨灯芯绒机织物的平磨性能,分析了灯芯绒面料平磨的测试影响因素.采用单因素分析法,研究面料材质、摩擦载荷、运行速率、摩擦介质和织物摩擦接触面5个测试参数对灯芯绒机织物平磨法的影响,并计算质量损失率.结果表明:面料材质为纯棉材质时,灯芯绒机织物的质量损耗最大;摩擦测试载荷宜控制在500cN以内,织物的质量损耗速率放缓;转速在60 r/min时,灯芯绒棉织物的磨损较小;采用砂轮作为摩擦介质,灯芯绒棉机织物的质量损耗最大;织物的摩擦接触面选择正反参半进行摩擦时,织物的质量损失率较高.
Determination of abrasion loss of corduroy fabric by flat grinding method based on abrasion frequency
In order to explore the surface abrasion performance of corduroy cotton fabric,the testing influencing factors of surface abrasion of corduroy fabric were analyzed.The single factor analysis method was used to study the influence of five testing parameters,namely fabric material,abrasion load,running speed,abrasion medium,and fabric abrasion contact surface,on the surface abrasion method of corduroy cotton fabric,and calculated the quality loss rate.The results showthat when the fabric material is pure cotton,the quality loss of corduroy woven fabric is the highest;The abrasion test load should be controlled within 500 cN,the mass loss rate of the fabric can be slowed down;When the speed is 60 r/min,the wear of corduroy cotton fabric is relatively small;when using grinding wheels as the abrasion medium,the mass loss of corduroy cotton woven fabric is the greatest;when the abrasion contact surface of the fabric is chosen to be half positive and half negative,the mass loss rate of the fabric is relatively high.
