含氨纶的产品面料,成分含量定量化学分析为实验室检验检测常做项目,本文以优化提高试验效率为目的,从氨纶二组分中标准的最佳选择、三组分中最佳方案的选择、三组分中不溶组分聚酯纤维在相应试剂盐酸中的质量损失修正系数、氨纶残留物烘样时间长短4个方面,探讨分析氨纶产品定量化学分析试验效率的优化选择,以此为实验室提供参考帮助.
Exploration of optimization of quantitative chemical analysis efficiency for spandex products
Quantitative chemical analysis of composition content in fabrics containing spandex is a common laboratory inspection and testing project.This article aims to optimize and improve the efficiency of the experiment,and explores and analyzes from four aspects:the best choice of standard in the two components of spandex,the best choice of scheme in the three components,the correction coefficient for the mass loss of the insoluble component polyester fiber in the corresponding reagent hydrochloric acid in the three components,and the influence of the drying time of spandex residue on the test results.This provides reference and assistance for the laboratory.
