摘要
本文采用统一标准对30款常用口罩中的使用性能、过滤效率、化学安全性能检测和分析.结果表明:16.7％的样品口罩带不符合标准要求,13.3％的样品pH值不符合标准要求,30款样品细菌过滤效率、颗粒过滤效率、甲醛、可分解致癌芳香胺染料和微生物满足标准要求.儿童口罩的结果优于成人口罩,不同种类口罩的过滤效率表现良好,染色样品均未检出可分解致癌芳香胺染料,30款样品的价格与指标表现没有必然联系,线下售价普遍高于网络平台.
Abstract
Wearing a protective mask can prevent respiratory infections effectively.By investigating the quality of daily protective masks which are designed by different standards and at different prices,useful recommendations can be provided for choosing masks.Thirty daily protective masks are tested in usability,filtration efficiency,chemical properties according to the same test standard.The results show that 16.7％samples of head harness and 13.3％samples of pH do not meet the standard requirements,30 samples of bacterial filtration efficiency,particle filtration efficiency,formaldehyde content,banned azo colourants,microorganism meet the standard requirements.The performance of children masks better than adult masks,different kinds of masks have excellent filtration efficiency,the dyed samples are not found banned azo colourants,there is no necessary relations between price and results for thirty samples,buying mask products in stores is more expensive than online.
