LC-MS法快速测定纺织品中7种双酚类物质

本文研究了利用液相色谱-三重四极杆质谱联用仪快速测定纺织品中7种双酚类物质的方法,通过系列试验探究得到了最优的测试萃取条件、色谱条件、质谱条件.试验得出,7种目标物在60℃超声水浴中超声提取30 min时提取效果最好.液相色谱流动相选择水-甲醇组合,并探究得到了目标物响应表现优异的碰撞电压参数.
LC-MS method for rapid determination of 7 bisphenols in textiles
In this paper,the method of rapid determination of seven bisphenols in textiles by liquid chromatography-triple quadru-pole mass spectrometry was studied,and the optimal test extraction conditions,chromatographic conditions and mass spectrometry conditions were obtained through a series of experimental explorations.The results show that the seven targets are extracted best when ultrasonically extracted in an ultrasonic water bath at 60℃ for 30min.The water-methanol combination was selected for the liquid chromatography mobile phase,and the collision voltage parameters with excellent target response were explored.
