本文使用常规纤维鉴别法对氨纶、聚烯烃弹性纤维和二烯类弹性纤维进行定性分析,同时研究红外光谱法、热重分析法、差示扫描量热法和激光拉曼光谱法等前沿检验技术用于弹性纤维定性分析,扩展三种弹性纤维的鉴别方法.此外,本文介绍了弹性纤维常用的定量方法,并对近红外光谱定量法在定量分析中的应用进行研究,从而为弹性纤维的定量分析探索新方法.
The investigation of qualitative and quantitative testing methodologies for elastic fibers
The article qualitatively analyzes spandex,polyolefin elastic fibers,and diene elastic fibers using conventional fiber iden-tification methods.It also explores advanced testing techniques like infrared spectroscopy,thermogravimetric analysis,differential scanning calorimetry,and laser Raman spectroscopy to enhance the qualitative analysis of elastic fibers and expand the range of identification methods for these three types of fibers.Additionally,it introduces commonly used quantitative methods for analyzing elastic fibers and investigates the application of near-infrared spectroscopy in quantitative analysis to explore novel approaches for quantifying elastic fibers.
