高温高湿条件下棉花品质变异规律研究

为了探究棉花储存在高温、高湿环境下品质的变化规律,本研究针对棉花品质的马克隆值、反射率、黄度、长度、长度整齐度、短纤维指数、断裂比强度7个指标进行测试.分别设定30 ℃、40 ℃、50 ℃C 3个模拟温度和70%、80%、90%3个模拟湿度,每隔7天对指标进行一次测试,运用统计分析方法对测试数据处理分析.研究结果如下:反射率随着温度和湿度的升高而降低,温度越高、湿度越大,反射率下降的幅度越大;黄度会随着温度和湿度的升高而升高,温度越高、湿度越大,黄度升高幅度越大;断裂比强度随着温度和湿度的增高有降低趋势;马克隆值、长度、长度整齐度、短纤维指数受温、湿度的影响不大.
Study on the variation law of cotton quality under simulated high temperature and high humidity
In order to explore the quality change rule of cotton stored in high temperature and high humidity environment,this study tested seven indexes of cotton quality,including micronaire value,reflectivity,yellowness,length,length uniformity,short fiber in-dex and breaking strength.Three simulated temperatures and three simulated humidity were set respectively,and the indexes were tested every 7 days.The test data were analyzed by statistical analysis method.The results are as follows:The reflectivity decreases with the increase of temperature and humidity.The higher the temperature and humidity,the greater the decrease of reflectivity.The yellowness will increase with the increase of temperature and humidity.The higher the temperature and the greater the humidity,the greater the increase of yellowness;the fracture strength decreases with the increase of temperature and humidity.The micronaire value,length,length uniformity and short fiber index were not affected by temperature and humidity.
