摘要
棉花等纤维公证检验制度在提高棉花流通效率、降低纤维流通成本、提高纤维质量等方面发挥了重要作用.公证检验制度支持和促进棉花等纤维商品要素资源在更大范围内畅通流动,这与建设全国统一大市场的特征要求高度契合.基于更好地服务建设统一大市场,建议在完善公证检验法治保障和配套制度、推动公检仪器设备科技创新,深化公证检验数据运用等方面持续发力.
Abstract
The notarization and inspection system for cotton and other fibers has played an important role in improving cotton circulation efficiency,reducing fiber circulation costs,and improving fiber quality.The notarization and inspection system supports and promotes the smooth flow of fiber commodity resources such as cotton on a larger scale,which is highly in line with the requirements of building a unified national market.Based on better serving the construction of a unified market,it is recommended to continue to make efforts in improving the legal protection and supporting systems for notarization and inspection,promoting technological innovation in public inspection instruments and equipment,and deepening the application of notarization and inspection data.
