Evaluation and monitoring of reassuring and comfortable consumer environment in Sichuan province's clothing industry
In March 2021,the National People's Congress of China passed the"14th Five-Year Plan,"emphasizing the promotion of consumption and the protection of consumer rights.Subsequently,Sichuan Province launched the"Reassuring and Comfortable Consumer Action Plan"and issued consumption service standards for the clothing industry.In 2023,the Sichuan Provincial Market Supervision Administration began conducting consumer environment monitoring and evaluation for the clothing industry to safeguard consumer rights and create a safe and reassuring consumption environment.This article mainly analyzes the results of this evaluation from three aspects:on-site inspections,questionnaire surveys,and quality testing,and provides relevant recommendations.
