乙醇显色剂法测定纺织品中六价铬的方法确认及优化探讨

GB/T 17593.3-2006《纺织品 重金属的测定 第3部分:六价铬 分光光度法》中规定了纺织品中可萃取六价铬[Cr(Ⅵ)]含量的分光光度计测试方法,其中配制二苯基碳酰二阱显色剂所用的丙酮溶剂有剧毒,属于易制毒试剂,易挥发,采购难,管控严格.本文探索以乙醇代替丙酮作为显色剂溶剂,测定纺织品中六价铬含量,以降低有毒试剂对试验人员造成的损害.结果显示,改进后的方法与原标准中的方法保持线性良好,回收率、精密度均能达到标准要求.
Discussion on the confirmation and optimization of the hexavalent chromium determination in textiles by ethanol chromogenic agent method
The"Textiles―Determination of heavy metals―Part3:Chromium(VI)―Spectrophotometry"standard outlines the spec-trophotometric test for the extractable hexavalent chromium[Cr(VI)]content in textiles.The diphenylcarbamyl two-trap chromo-genic agent,prepared with a highly toxic acetone solvent,is classified as a precursor chemical,volatile,hard to procure,and strictly controlled.This study explores the use of ethanol as a chromogenic solvent instead of acetone to measure hexavalent chromium lev-els in textiles,aiming to mitigate the harm caused by toxic reagents to testers.The results indicate that the refined method maintains good linearity with the original standard method,and both recovery and precision meet the standards.
