The test method for GB/T 5883-1986"Moisture regain and moisture content of ramie"has been in disrepair for a long time and cannot meet the requirements of ramie notarization and inspection,greatly hindering the development of the ramie indus-try.This article studies the relationship between weight loss and drying time of low humidity and high humidity samples of ramie through experiments,and provides the moisture regain,moisture content test drying time,and reference initial time of low humidity and high humidity samples of ramie.Based on this,suggestions for the revising standard are proposed.
